Our program is based on a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Learning takes place through active exploration and instruction with adults, other children and materials. Here is an example of a Typical Preschool/Pre-K Day/Pre-K Counts Daily Schedule.

Class Times

Preschool Class Time: Our preschool program enrolls children ages three, four and five in either a two-day or three-day program. You choose the program that best meets your child's needs and your family's schedule. Both morning and afternoon classes are available. Class size is limited to sixteen students. Enrollment is on a first come-first serve basis. Mon, Wed, Fri: 9:00 - 11:45 am or 12:45 - 3:30 pm; Tues, Thurs: 9:00 - 11:45 am or 12:45 - 3:30 pm.

Pre-K Class Time: Pre-K children can be three, four or five years of age. This class is ideal for children turning five during the summer and are not quite ready for kindergarten, as well as, children turning five in early fall, missing kindergarten entrance deadlines. Class size is limited to sixteen children. Mon - Fri: 8:30 - 11:15 am or 12:45 - 3:30 pm for 180 days of instruction.

Pre-K Counts Class Time: His Kids is an approved Pre-K Counts site with fourteen FREE spaces available.   Families must meet eligibility guidelines for entrance. Children must be three or four years of age and reside in Pennsylvania. Reading School District students and Millmont residents are given priority. This program meets daily for three hours in the afternoon for 180 days of instruction.

Mon - Fri: 12:15 - 3:15 pm.  Note: A morning class will open if funding permits.

Holiday Policies:During Christmas and Easter we give honor to Jesus Christ. In October we celebrate
harvest time.
