Our program is based on a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Learning takes place through active exploration and instruction with adults, other children and materials. Here is an example of a Typical Preschool/Pre-K Day at 'HisKids'  and a Typical Kindergarten Day at 'His Kids'.

Class Times

Preschool Class Time: Our preschool program enrolls children ages three, four and five in either a two-day or three-day program. You choose the program that best meets your child's needs and your family's schedule. Both morning and afternoon classes are available. Class size is limited to fourteen students. Enrollment is on a first come-first serve basis. Mon, Wed, Fri: 9:00 am - 11:30 am & 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm; Tues, Thurs: 9:00am - 11:30 am & 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm.

Pre-K Class Time: Pre-K children can be three, four or five years of age. This class is ideal for children turning five during the summer and are not quite ready for kindergarten, as well as, children turning five in early fall, missing kindergarten entrance deadlines. Class size is limited to eighteen children. Half-day program: 8:30 am -11:30 am, Mon. - Fri.

Kindergarden Class Time: All kindergarten children must be five by September 1 st. This date is a guideline for kindergarten entrance. Please see the director for clarification. Class size is limited to eighteen children. Half-day program: 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm, Mon. - Fri.

Holiday Policies:During Christmas and Easter we give honor to Jesus Christ. In October we celebrate
harvest time.

Field Trips:We believe that children learn most effectively through "hands on" experiences. We try to schedule several field trips throughout the year to correspond to the theme we are exploring.
